PAL donors are a diverse group of people who share something in common. They want to help youth to make positive choices in their daily lives and have access to quality justice-based after school programs. Whether donors give $25, $100, $500 or $5,000, they are crucial to helping PAL carry out its mission. All donations to PAL are tax deductible to the full extent of the law. If you want to help youth and are ready to become a donor, here are some options to consider: Write a check made payable to PAL today. Donate items or sponsor a table for the annual PAL Auction. Sponsor one child in programs for a year ($300). Make a matching gift through your company or business. Make a monthly or quarterly pledge and we will send reminders. Donate appreciated stock or real property and receive a tax deduction (check with your financial advisor). Donate depreciated stock and receive a tax deduction (check with your financial advisor). Write the Police Activities League of Greater Portland into your will, or a planned bequest. Make the Police Activities League of Greater Portland a beneficiary of an insurance policy.
